REQUIREMENTS:
• Diploma’s or Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in related field experienced.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Production Process, maintenances or equivalent.
• Good Understanding SAP, Ms. Office, Planning Maintenance for Pulp Production machine & manpower, and Material Management.
• Ensure that all production plans are achieved by implementing all process operations as per work instruction and quality plan.
• Ensure the production schedule according to plan
• Preventive, Corrective and Predictive maintenance.
• Have good communication and cooperation skills.
• Assertive, energetic, agile and thorough.
• Must be fluent in English.
•Able to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
• Enthusiastic, responsible, high self-efficacy and positive working attitude.
• Have good attitude Leaderships and ready work in shift schedule (for Shifting Schedule).
•Able to work long hours/weekend/holidays when required and under pressure.
• Willing to be placement in Tarakan, North Kalimantan (no roster system).
