1. Operation & Maintenance Superintendent requires a CMRP certificate
2. Maintenance Supervisor requires a STTK Oil and Gas Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor certificate from BNSP
3. Mechanical Technician requires a STTK Oil and Gas Maintenance Technician I certificate from BNSP
4. Electrical Technician requires a STTK Oil and Gas Oil and Gas Electrical System Technician certificate from BNSP
5. Instrument Technician requires a STTK Oil and Gas Instrumentation Equipment Technician certificate from BNSP
6. Area Supervisor requires a Production Operator STTK certificate from BNSP
7. Operators need a Young Operations STTK Oil and Gas certificate from BNSP
Each of the above must have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering except for high school operators
