1. Lead Commissioning Engineer (LCE)
Engineering Bachelor is required.
Minimum Hands-on Experience 15 years
Gas Facilities Pre Comm, Comm Experience 10 years
Offshore/Onshore Hookup, Commissioning and Startup and Handover Experience
Capable of developing the detail Commissioning strategy plan and implementation/execution plan which are to be in line or consistent with the project execution strategy and plan.
Experience in initiate, organize/plan and manage the commissioning activities for the project to ensure safe, effective and efficient implementation of commissioning works in terms of cost, time and resources as well as in accordance with good engineering practice and laid down procedures
Must post a very good cross multi-discipline general knowledge of Piping, Mechanical Static / Rotating, PACO/Metering and Electrical Operation and must be able to read and interpret PEFSs (P&IDs), UEFSs SLD and C&E and have the knowledge, management and commissioning of Safety Critical Equipment (SCE).
Prepare Commissioning system boundaries

2. Mechanical Static CSU Engineer
Mechanical /Mechatronic or equivalent Engineering Bachelor is required.
Boiler or Steam Engineer DOSH Grade 1 or 2 Competency is preferred.
Minimum Hands-on Experience 10 years
Gas Facilities Pre Comm, Comm Experience 7 years
Offshore/Onshore Hookup, Commissioning and Startup and Handover Experience
Experience and knowledge in commissioning Boiler and steam system with steam blowing, refractory dry out, start-up of the High Pressure (HP) and Low Pressure (LP) boilers and etc.
Experience, knowledge and familiar with piping system pre-commissioning works, e.g. flushing/cleaning, hydro testing, PEFS/UEFS line walk, reinstatement leak test, etc. Shall be able to prepare hydro test and reinstatement leak test procedures/packages and spading/isolation plans and have hands on experience in leading reinstatement leak test works, experience in using Nitrogen/ Helium method is preferred.
Experience in HVAC system, material handling equipment, tanks/vessels inspection and etc.
Experience in commissioning Mechanical rotating Equipment i.e., gas turbine compressor, gas turbine/diesel generator, air compressor, various type of pumps and etc.
Capable in CSU site planning, coordination and interfacing.
