Experience- 5-6 Years in the similar field (UAE Experience Preferred)
Industry Exposure- Petrochemicals & Chemical Terminal Experience
Qualification- Degree or Diploma in Chemical/Mechanical /Petrochemical Engineering
Job Location- Sharjah, UAE
Salary- AED 3000 to 4000 with Company Provided food and Accommodation

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Field Operator is responsible for performing all tasks assigned in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with the established operating procedures and written and oral instructions from Terminal manager.
• Responsibility For this position, Works outside and is in constant communication with the Terminal Manager directly and/or by radio in field operations such as making manual adjustments to valves and equipment etc.
• Observe local instruments, gauges, and meters to verify conformance to standard operating practice· Start and stop pumps, compressors and other equipment based on the direction of the terminal manager. Patrol the terminal and tank farm and ensure that everything is operating normally and that no unusual conditions exist.
• Periodic level gauging of all storage tanks, monitoring all the equipment (Centrifugal Pumps, Gear pumps, PLR working in proper condition).
• Responsible for preparing equipment for maintenance including isolation, draining, steaming, and other procedures as required. Responsible for preparation such as day-to-day maintenance work.
• Allocate the manpower as per the work schedule and report to the terminal manager every next day.
• Always ensure safe methods during operation, coordinate with Safety Officer if required.
• Report to the concerned team in case of any breakdowns for mechanical/instrumentation/electrical on the same time.
• Make sure the required material (Oil/Chemical/Packing Material/Pallets etc. are in place before starting the loading/offloading.
• Ensure the loading/offloading/dispatch etc are in line with the targets assigned by the Terminal Manager.
• Guide the workers on the pipelines for safe operations (transfer/loading/off-loading etc.)
• Always make sure there’s no unauthorized entry to the terminal.
• Tanker loading & offloading as per the “Standard Operating Procedure.”
• Should have knowledge on Vessel Operation through Truck Tanker and direct pipeline/Pigging operations.
• Ensure proper reporting on dispatch and inventory update as per the work schedule.
• Maintain the output report and document the same in hardcopies.
• Ensure the site is clean and avoid the spillage to zero pc, if any has to be cleaned before shift handover.
